Frequently asked questions
What exactly is the Healthy Choice Organic Latex Mattress Topper and who should consider it?
It is a 2-inch layer of 100% GOLS-certified Dunlop organic latex with a GOTS-certified organic cotton cover designed to add a conforming, supportive layer on top of an existing mattress. It’s good for sleepers seeking natural materials and enhanced comfort without replacing the mattress.
How does this latex topper work with other bedding and toppers I already own?
The topper sits on top of your current mattress to create a new, cushioned surface. It’s designed to be low-maintenance and can be used with standard sheets and bedding; the organic cotton cover helps with breathability and cleanliness.
How do I set it up and get the most out of it from the first use?
Place the topper on a flat bed, align with the bed dimensions, and cover with your usual sheets. Avoid washing; for upkeep, spot clean as needed and air dry away from direct sunlight.
What materials is it made from and what does that mean for daily use?
The core is 2 inches of 100% GOLS-certified Dunlop organic latex, paired with a GOTS-certified organic cotton cover. This combination offers natural materials, durable support, and breathable comfort for regular use.
Who is this topper best suited for, and who might choose a different option?
It’s well-suited for anyone seeking a natural latex layer to improve comfort on an existing mattress and values organic materials. Those needing very firm or very soft support, or a different temperature profile, might explore alternatives with different firmesses or fillings.
In what conditions or climates does this topper perform well?
The latex core provides conforming support and breathability, which helps with moisture management and comfortable sleep across typical temperate to warm climates. It’s designed for low-maintenance care that suits steady year-round use.
